Reuniting with SARK

Untitled

In a recent post about a gift of books I have myself which included a SARK I wrote:

Sark’s Journal and Play! Book: A Place to Dream While Awake published back in ’93, but somehow I missed it. Than again, maybe we didn’t need to find each other until today; one hard copy is on its way to me.

Well, guess what? I did buy and enjoy that book back in ’93. It might be in the storage locker that lives in NYC. I am not sure. I am glad to have this copy. I guess we needed to find each other again today.

I’m off to visit Planet SARK – care to come with?

A Gift of Books to Myself

I earned an Amazon Gift card from Ibotta, and decided to treat myself to some books. This led to a pleasant hour or so searching for new/new to me titles by my favorite authors.

Shakti Gawain’s Creative Visualization was a life-changer for me. This afternoon I discovered The Shakti Gawain Essentials: 3 Books in 1: Creative Visualization, Living in the Light & Developing Intuition for just $9.99 in the Kindle Store. Score! Now I have CV in both hard and electronic copies, plus two books I haven’t read for less than the price of one.

Sark’s Journal and Play! Book: A Place to Dream While Awake published back in ’93, but somehow I missed it. Than again, maybe we didn’t need to find each other until today; one hard copy is on its way to me.

I also bought a Lawrence Block Single: Keller’s Fedora. Currently I am reading  Hit Me for an upcoming Mystery Book meeting; I just adore the main character – a hit man named Keller.

In addition to my artist date I had quite a nice time in the kitchen today.  I prepared a lasagna for an event my daughter is hosting for her church. Total weight: 15 pounds.
